S P E A K: Center for Performing Arts at Governors State University

On Monday we had the opportunity to present S P E A K at Governors State University. S P E A K is designed to creatively express facts and personal beliefs on civil and equal rights. It tackles the topic of social justice through short readings, song, personal experiences, and literary works. The goal is to bring insight and awareness to the struggles and challenges that African American men and women still endure in the United States.
